On behalf of our client, a healthcare company, we are seeking a finance business partner to be based in Switzerland. This is a key position for an experienced and ambitious finance professional who thrives on collaboration and is motivated to provide actionable financial insight that supports strategic decision-making and business growth.
Finance Business Partner – Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver management reporting and insightful financial analysis across key business functions.
- Lead the preparation of financials for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning cycles.
- Act as a strategic finance business partner to regional and functional leaders, offering financial guidance to support operational and commercial decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to challenge assumptions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support the development and execution of strategic plans, annual budgets, and periodic forecasts.
- Facilitate financial performance reviews with business leaders, providing clarity on variances and drivers.
- Define and maintain templates, processes, and reporting standards for consistency and efficiency.
- Contribute to period-end close activities and identify opportunities for process improvement and financial optimisation.
Profile:
- 4+ years of relevant finance business partnering or FP&A experience.
- Industry experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or the medical sector.
- Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, analytical, and results-orientated, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience in Power BI and, ideally, SAP.
- Eligible to work in Switzerland.
- Business fluent in German (essential).
