A leading healthcare group is seeking a financial planning analyst to join its growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a senior auditor looking to move into industry or for a controller/analyst seeking broader exposure within a dynamic environment.

Sitting at the centre of the business, the position offers wide-ranging exposure across financial reporting and analysis, operations, strategy, and performance management.

Financial Planning Analyst Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the organisation with high-quality financial reporting and analysis.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly financial statements.
  • Perform financial analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and interpret financial data.
  • Develop ad hoc reports and conduct detailed data analysis using ERP systems.
  • Apply advanced Excel skills for business modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators and deliver actionable insights.
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and wider financial planning processes.
  • Support senior management in financial decision-making.
  • Travel occasionally within Switzerland for meetings and training.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Solid experience in finance or audit; exposure to the healthcare/medical/hospital sector is beneficial.
  • Comfortable working in multinational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and the ability to develop ad hoc reports.
  • Advanced Excel modelling and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Highly analytical, detail-orientated, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
