Our client is a leading international manufacturing group seeking an IT Audit Manager based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. You will join an established audit, compliance and controls function, taking responsibility for group-wide reviews and testing programmes while partnering closely with the wider business.
IT Audit Manager Job Responsibilities:
- The IT Audit Manager will work with senior management to enhance business processes and improve functionality across the department and its operating systems, including SAP S/4HANA.
- You will lead the planning and delivery of IT audit activities across the organisation, with a particular focus on SAP, IT General Controls (ITGCs), information security and application controls.
- You will be responsible for the ITGC reporting process, as well as supporting system implementation planning and implementation protocols.
- A key part of the role will involve integrating SAP S/4HANA across all aspects of the internal audit methodology.
- You will prepare high-quality audit reports and document testing results using designated audit software.
Profile:
- Ideally, you will hold a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or a related discipline, together with a professional qualification such as CISA, CIA, CPA or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, S/4HANA, IT General Controls, application controls, SOX, user functionality and IT risk is required.
- You will ideally have gained significant experience within an accounting or audit consultancy and have strong exposure to IT audit and information security.
- The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in using SAP S/4HANA to improve business performance and strengthen internal controls.
- An excellent command of written and spoken English is essential. Additional language skills would be advantageous.
- The position involves approximately 30% international travel.
- You will be a competent user of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP business processes and data analytics would be beneficial, while experience with visualisation and analytics tools such as Tableau and Alteryx would be a strong advantage.
