We are recruiting for a business partner in France for our client, a subsidiary of a leading and innovative multinational. As the company continues to grow successfully, it is undergoing a significant re-organisation to help support and enable the ongoing growth curve.
You will be assigned responsibility for HR strategy and activities for several legal entities in the French region. You will support local and regional stakeholders in implementing effective HR strategies, programmes, and policies that comply with local employment regulations.
HR Business Partner Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for local stakeholders on all HR and employment law matters, acting as the interface for HR functions at the head office in Germany (and Europe).
- You will support the maintenance, implementation, and monitoring of group-wide HR policies and standards and monitor changes in local requirements, employment laws, and regulations.
- You will be responsible for providing a range of HR activities and supporting managers with their responsibilities, including performance management, L&D, training, cost planning, career development, discipline, and conflict resolution.
- Able to successfully drive continuous improvements to HR and business processes within the country of responsibility, acting as the local expert for head office functions.
Candidate Profile:
- Ideally, you will have 5+ years of solid HR professional experience within an international company in the HR or business partnering functions.
- Ideally, you will have a bachelor’s degree in HR, which would be beneficial.
- Several years of proven professional experience in the field of performance management, labour law, talent management, recruitment, cost planning and personal development programmes, preferably in an international environment
- English and French skills are essential; other European languages would be advantageous.
